Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Fermented Molasses, Probiotic Cultures, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Chicory Root, Inulin/FOS (fructo-oligosaccharide) and Silicon Dioxide.
Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with water, preferably on an empty stomach. Start with 1 capsule per day and gradually increase to 3 capsules per day.
