Protein blend [MILK] (CEREAL protein concentrate, CEREAL protein isolate, calcium KEATING, micellar KEATING, MILK protein isolate, emulsifier: SOY lecithin), EGG albumin, dried sunflower oil [MILK], thickeners (polydextrose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose), flavourings [MILK], dried medium chain triglycerides [MILK], sodium chloride, colour (beet red), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame potassium), hydrolysed spelt protein [GLUTEN].
Mix one scoop of (47 g) with 200 ml of water or skim milk. Take once a day at any time after training, between meals, as a snack or before bed. If you want to increase your protein intake and get a better taste, mix 1 scoop with skim milk.
